Monday Finals
No Finals tonight but Runako is 2nd alternate in the 50m Free, and Siona is 1st Alternate in the 200m Back

Monday Finals
Runako had a fantastic swim in the 100m Free finals, he came in seventh in a new National Record time of 54.26.
Monday Prelims
Runako swims a personal best in the 100m Free of 54.74 to make finals tonight.
Jyasi took over 7 sec off his time in the 100n Free with a time of 1:09.77.

Sunday Finals
Siona made 5th in both the 50m Fly (29.94) & 100m Back (1:08.85) I've not had results yet and the score board got tiered.
In the 50m Fly the first 5 places were within just a little over 3 tenths of a second... so a very tight and exciting race.

Gold
Siona has just taken GOLD in the 50n back in a CARIFTA record time of 30.49.
Jordan was 7th in his final of the 50m Back in 29.62.

2 for CARIFTA finals this evening
Siona placed 3rd overall in the 50m Back and Jordan placed 6th in 50m Back this was an Age Group Record, so these two Sharks will be in Finals this evening.
Runako took well over a second off the 100m Fly National Record.
