We will resume Practice at the pool today from 4 - 6 pm. Our emphasis this week will be focused on STARTS (DIVES) & TURNS (BREAKOUTS).
We will practice at the pool on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday at 4 - 6 p.m. & all swimmers are welcomed to Friday Beach Practice from 4 - 6 p.m. at Reduit Beach. Please note that the The pool session will cost $25 per session, the Friday beach session is at NO COST.
As soon as we confirm our Lane Request, we will send out a schedule for the upcoming term (September - December). Have a great morning and look forward to a good turnout this week.
