Bronze Medallion/Life Saving

Anyone interested?

I will be running a quick combined Bronze Medallion// Bronze Cross// Standard First Aid course next week in preparation for those needing these awards to attend the Lifesaving Instructor Course.

I only wish those who are coaches, qualified instructors and have done lifesaving before to attend to ensure it is a quick course.  In the second half of August I will run a BM//BC course for others.

If you are interested please let me know asap as I will need to send you information to learn to speed up the process and organize times to suit everyone.
If you know of others tell them to contact me directly on my cell 716-0737.
Lily if you could let Vanessa know for me and tell her to contact me.
David you had mentioned a couple of individuals - if they could also make contact.

Viewing Blog on Blackberry

I have found that this blog works quite well when viewed from a smartphone.
Also you can set up your mail program to automatically get RSS feeds directly.

I have also found that Opera Mini is a far better browser than the one provided by BB

You can download it HERE

Please leave comments about this blog

Welcome to all Sharks.

I would very much like to have feedback on this new venture.
In particular, how you would like to see it grow as a way to communicate within the club.

At the moment I have set it up so that Jamie, Tom & John can make posts, along with myself. Would you, for instance, like to get an e-mail each time a post is made? At the moment the blog is open to the world. It could however be only viewed by club members, would this be better or worse? Do you think others, say team captains should be able to post?

More soon. All the best

Chris
